Dec 14, 2009
This morning as I lay in a half sleep, woken earlier by my vomiting grandson, I started imagining we had caught some horrible disease. The sight and smell of vomit do nothing for relaxing one into a peaceful slumber. I decided that instead of worrying, I was going to breath through the hard edge of my fear, to let it dissolve, into nothing. It has proved to be a useful exercise. I'm starting to understand how useless the fear is. Other than to point me to relinquishing my need to control, it serves no purpose.
